The objective of this project was to re-design a well-known novel cover. Must consider aspects such as typography, contrast, and colour. This project also included: a double page spread chapter layout. The text “The Hobbit” was created using illustrations and placing them above the text to bring character to the text. Using a san serif typeface such as Roboto gave it a modern look. The colours were selected after researching palettes that were popular in the 1930’s.
